Salad Dressing Recipes
These healthy salad dressing recipes are designed to be super easy with simple wholesome ingredients. Most of the following dressings are made from scratch. You may occasionally find a very small amount of a ‘non-optimal’ ingredient, but never toxic ingredients like MSG or food dyes that cause cancer. Remember, great dressings are the key to encouraging massive intakes of fresh, raw, ripe produce that gives your body what it needs to fight and prevent disease.
Honey Mustard Walnut Dressing
1 T Walnut Oil (expeller pressed/unheated)
1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 T Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp.+ Raw Unfiltered Honey
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Whisk all together and pour over salad.
Super Fast Balsamic Vinegarette
1 packet Good Seasons Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar (also can substitute apple cider vinegar
for Zesty Italian flavor
3 T Water
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mix according to instruction on packet. For fastest mixing, purchase the pre-measured cruet available at the grocery store which has measurement lines on bottle. You can replace some of the oil with water if you want a lower fat dressing. This is one of my favorite healthy salad dressing recipes!
Creamy Fruit Salad Dressing
½ cup Thai Coconut Milk
2 T Organic Raspberry Jam
½ Lime, juiced (optional)
This dressing has a great wow factor. DELICIOUS! Just mix and pour. Excellent with melons.

1 T raw honey
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 T lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Use more strawberries if additional thickener is required. This is a nice dressing for fruit salads.
Cilantro Dressing (Recipes for Life)
1/4 cup Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Fresh Cilantro, stems and/or leaves
2-3 Cloves Garlic (adjust to suit taste)
2 T Raw Unfiltered Honey
Put into blender and process until desired consistency of dressing is reached. According to recent studies, raw cilantro helps to remove mercury from brain cells.
Sweet Lemon Vinaigrette
2 T. Walnut oil (clear not dark/unrefined)
1 T. lemon juice
1 heaping tsp. raw honey
sea salt and pepper
Whisk together and pour over salad.
1/3-1/2 cup Pace picante sauce
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
Combine and pour over salad.
